Archivantage is an architectural property audit service operated by The Second Address, based in London and serving short-term rental owners globally. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you order a report, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

1. Who we are
Archivantage is a service provided by The Second Address, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, UK WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us any time at [email protected] or +44 7311 133424.
2. Information we collect
To prepare your audit report, we collect only what we need:
- Your name and email address, so we can deliver your report and stay in touch about your order.
- Your property location and property type, so our recommendations fit your market and use case.
- The photos you upload of your property, which our AI and architect review to prepare styling recommendations.
- Any optional notes you share about what you would like us to focus on.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
3. How we use your information
- To create and deliver the architectural audit report you ordered.
- To contact you about your order, including delivery and any follow-up questions.
- To improve the quality of our reports and service.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Your property photos
Your photos are used solely to prepare your report. We do not sell them, and we do not publish or use them for marketing without your explicit permission. Photos are stored securely and access is limited to the team members and architect working on your report.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run Archivantage — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our secure cloud storage, and our email delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver your report. These providers are required to protect your information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your order details and report for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your photos and personal information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep certain records.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
