These terms apply when you order an architectural audit report from Archivantage, a service of The Second Address. By placing an order you agree to the points below.

1. What we provide
Archivantage prepares an architectural styling audit of your property based on the photos and information you provide. Each report may include a Guest Magnetism Score, styling recommendations, AI-generated visuals, budget guidance and product suggestions, depending on the tier you choose. Our recommendations focus on changeable elements (paint, furniture, textiles, accessories, lighting) and are designed to respect your property’s structure and character.
2. Recommendations are guidance, not guarantees
Our reports are professional recommendations intended to help you make your property more appealing to guests. We cannot guarantee specific increases in bookings, revenue or nightly rates, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Product prices and buy-links are estimates and may change over time.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at the time of order through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We aim to deliver your report to the email you provide within 24 hours of a completed order.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and photos of a property you own or are authorised to submit.
- Ensure you have the right to share any photos you upload.
- Use our recommendations at your own discretion, including obtaining any permissions or professional advice required before making physical changes.
5. Refunds
Because each report is custom work prepared specifically for you, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are not happy with your report, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right.
6. Intellectual property
Once your order is paid, the report we deliver is yours to use for your own property and listings. The Archivantage name, methods (including the Guest Magnetism Score) and templates remain our property.
